Purpose of the site
The site presents Delibia and its services to municipalities and public bodies in Québec, and lets you request a demonstration. It does not give access to the Delibia platform, whose use is governed by separate terms.
Published information
The content of the site is provided for information. We keep it up to date as best we can, without being able to guarantee that it is accurate and complete at all times. It is not legal advice. Delibia's commitments to an organization are those in the offer and the contract concluded with it.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos and other elements of the site belong to Solyne SAS, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without written permission from Solyne SAS is prohibited.
Organization logos are reproduced with the consent of their owners or under the terms of their licence. The outlines of the coverage map come from Québec's administrative boundaries published by the MRNF on Données Québec, under a CC-BY 4.0 licence.
Public documents cited on the site, such as minutes or bylaws, belong to the organizations that produced them.
Links to other sites
The site contains links to external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for the way they process personal information.
Proper use
You agree to provide only accurate information in the demonstration form and not to interfere with the operation of the site, for example by trying to introduce code or by deliberately overloading it.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site available, but maintenance or a technical incident may interrupt it. Within the limits allowed by law, Solyne SAS is not liable for indirect damages linked to use of the site or to the inability to access it.
Personal information
Processing of the information collected by the form is described in the privacy policy. Use of cookies is described on the Cookies page.
