Delibia

Cookies

Version 1.3 — March 23, 2026

Solyne SAS, which operates the Delibia platform, attaches great importance to the confidentiality of your personal data, which for us is a mark of seriousness and trust, including with respect to cookies.

Accordingly, our Cookie Policy sets out precisely our commitment to ensuring that, within Solyne SAS, the rules applicable to the protection of personal data are observed and, more particularly, those relating to the cookies used when you use our Delibia platform.

If you would like information on the other personal-data processing we carry out, please see our personal data privacy policy, which is available at any time on our Delibia platform.

A cookie is a small "text" file placed and stored by a server on your device (for example: a smartphone, tablet, or computer) when you visit a website or use a web platform.

A cookie does not allow you to be identified personally, because it only makes it possible to identify your device through your IP address, a technical identifier, and various information related to your browsing (for example: browsing time, pages viewed, screen size, and so on).

The proper operation of our Delibia platform necessarily involves the use of technical cookies, which we may use without your prior consent, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing you with a working platform.

These cookies are necessary in order to:

  • Authenticate you.
  • Keep your session active.
  • Guarantee the security of the platform.
  • Adapt the display to your device (language, format, screen dimensions).

Although we do not recommend it, you can always object to these cookies being placed on your device through your browser settings, by following these instructions:

  • Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=fr&hlrm=en
  • Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-cookies-in-microsoft-edge-view-allow-block-delete-and-use-168dab11-0753-043d-7c16-ede5947fc64d
  • Safari: https://help.apple.com/safari/mac/8.0/en.lproj/sfri11471.html
  • Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/effacer-cookies-donnees-site-firefox
  • Opera: https://help.opera.com/en/latest/web-preferences/#cookies

It is possible, however, that your experience as a user will be degraded in that case. To restore a good quality of browsing, the technical cookies will then have to be put back in place.

A statistics cookie makes it possible to analyze how you use a web platform (for example: browsing time, page visited, and so on) in order to improve your experience and to provide you with a service suited to your needs.

We use statistics cookies that the supervisory authorities consider sufficiently protective of your privacy to be exempt from consent. You cannot object to them through the cookie banner.

We also use statistics cookies that are not exempt from consent. Those cookies may be placed on your device only with your prior consent, given through our cookie banner.

If you take no action, no non-essential statistics cookie is placed.

We use the following tools to manage cookies on our platform:

  • Matomo (analytics self-hosted in France), to analyze use of the platform and improve your user experience
  • Axeptio (France, Montpellier), for cookie-consent management (CMP)
  • HubSpot EU (Germany), for the CRM and customer-relationship tracking
  • Intercom (Ireland/EU), for support and customer chat

All of these tools are hosted exclusively within the European Union.

An advertising cookie may be used either to deliver advertising on a web platform or to identify the source from which the user arrived on the web platform (for example: Google, Bing, and so on).

WE GUARANTEE THAT WE DO NOT USE ANY ADVERTISING COOKIES FOR THE OPERATION OF OUR PLATFORM.

What personal data do we process with our cookies, and for how long?

The personal data processed by the cookies we use are:

  • your IP address and a user ID that we create on your first connection, in order to recognize you for a maximum period of 13 months
  • if you accept the placement of statistics cookies, your personal data relating to your browsing on our platform (for example: pages visited, browsing time, and so on) for a maximum non-renewable period of 13 months, until any new connection before the 14th month
  • in connection with the use of statistics cookies that are exempt from consent, only your IP address, which is then anonymized and therefore unusable

When the retention periods set out above expire, we retain no data concerning you. At most, we may anonymize your data for statistical purposes.

How do you control the use of cookies?

The right to refuse cookies may be exercised at any time through our cookie banner.

If the cookie banner is no longer displayed, you can also set cookies through the "manage cookies" tab on our site, or directly in your browser by following these instructions:

  • Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=fr&hlrm=en%20%22Chrome%22

What rights do you have to control the use of your personal data used through cookies?

The regulations applicable to data protection grant you specific rights that you may exercise, at any time and free of charge, in order to control the use we make of your data.

  • Right of access to and to a copy of your personal data, provided that the request does not conflict with business secrecy, confidentiality, or the secrecy of correspondence.
  • Right of rectification of personal data that are inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
  • Right to request erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your personal data that are not essential to the proper operation of our services.
  • Right to restriction of your personal data, which makes it possible to freeze the use of your data where the lawfulness of a processing operation is contested.
  • Right to portability of your data, which allows you to recover part of your personal data in order to store it or to transmit it easily from one information system to another.
  • Right to give instructions on the fate of your data in the event of death, either yourself or through a trusted third party or a beneficiary.

For a request to be taken into account, it must be made directly by you at dpo@delibia.fr. Any request that is not made in this way cannot be processed.

Requests cannot come from anyone other than you. We may therefore ask you to provide proof of identity where there is doubt as to the identity of the requester.

Please note that we may always refuse to respond to any excessive or unfounded request, in particular in view of its repetitive character.

Can your personal data used through our cookies be transferred outside the European Union?

No transfer of data outside the European Union is carried out. All of our cookie tools (Matomo, Axeptio, HubSpot, Intercom) are hosted and operate exclusively within the European Union, thereby ensuring the best possible protection of your personal data.

How can you contact the CNIL?

We may amend our Cookie Policy at any time in order to adapt it to new legal requirements and to new processing that we might implement in the future.
